The Opportunity:

The Pump House in Nambour is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role reports to our operations manager and is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be supporting the business with administration, systems, and coordination across different areas.

What you’ll be doing

• Keeping our operational registers and admin systems up to date

• Coordinating IT support processes

• Managing general branch equipment administration

• Helping the team with basic system queries (like Employment Hero and SafetyCulture)

• Working with different people across the business to keep everything organised and running efficiently

What we’re looking for

• Know your way around MS Office with advanced level Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Have great attention to detail (you pick up the little things others miss)

• Are comfortable working across multiple systems

• Enjoy working in a small, close-knit team

• Like helping people and being the go-to support person

• Are organised, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves
