About the Role 

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants across Western Sydney, including: 

• Personal care & daily living assistance 
• In-home support 
• Community access & social engagement 

Shifts Available: 

Day | Afternoon | Weekends | Sleepovers (Inactive Nights) | Public Holidays 

Service Areas 

You must be willing to travel within: 

Penrith | Hawkesbury | Blacktown | Parramatta | Blue Mountains | Western Sydney  

What You’ll Need 

• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence Reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance 
• First Aid & CPR Working With Children Check (Paid) 
• National Police Check (within 3 months) 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check 
• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules 
• Full Australian working rights 
• Smartphone with internet access 
• (Willingness to obtain required checks will be considered.)
