About the role:

A great opportunity to be responsible for coordinating the timely delivery of MYMC products to retail and individual customers.

Your working week will be from Monday to Friday starting at 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Responsible for DOT (Delivery on time) for all MYMC customer deliveries across DTC, Convenience Retail & Bulk Retail Channels
  • Internal interface with CS and Logistics Team for all MYMC transport including last mile deliveries to all customers
  • Collaborate with Picking Supervisor to sequence daily pick activity to maximise Full Truck Loads whilst ensuring 100% DOT into HDS & WW state DC’s
  • Load planning – build fuller fewer truck loads into each state with consideration to MYMC production plan, Customer Delivery Days for DTC & Convenience Retail and WW DC Timeslots.
  • Monitor CHEP pallets account closely and alert management of any rejections or incorrect transfers
  • Action daily Delivery Updates at noon from the CS Team and ensure all details are actioned by Picking Supervisors

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, preferably FMCG environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written & attention to detail
  • Able to handle requests from key stakeholders, work within tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
  • Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel (MS Office suite)
  • Experience as a Transport Allocator will be a plus.
