About the role:

A 12-Month fixed term contract from the 5/5/26 until the 5/5/27.

The role will be in the Day Shift starting at 6am until 2:06pm from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Linehaul bookings for online, retail pickups
  • Create and send manifests for online and retail deliveries with strict adherence to the schedule
  • Ensure Logistics Reports and documents are filed correctly and uploaded daily
  • Review GNR report and Depot Stocktake from HDS daily and action accordingly
  • Assist with weekly cycle count document preparation and data entry input of the stock counts provided by the logistics picking team.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of Sample orders Tue-Fri

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, preferably FMCG environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written & attention to detail
  • Able to handle requests from key stakeholders, work within tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
  • Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel (MS Office suite)
  • Experience as a Transport Allocator will be a plus.
