About the role:
My Muscle Chef is looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own IT operations across our office and manufacturing environments.
This role sits within a hybrid support model. Day-to-day end user support is delivered via an external partner, with internal accountability for service quality, security, identity, and platform administration remaining in-house.
If you enjoy building structure, solving operational problems, and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment, this role will suit you.
Key Responsibilities but not limited too:
- Own IT operations across office and factory environments.
- Manage and hold external IT support partner accountable for service delivery and SLAs.
- Lead escalation of business-critical IT incidents.
- Own endpoint management (Intune, Entra ID) including compliance, device standards, and lifecycle management.
- Manage identity and access controls, including ERP user access and role governance.
- Oversee ERP-related Azure subscriptions and supporting infrastructure.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for operational devices (scanners, printers, production PCs).
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery oversight.
- Establish and maintain core IT operational policies and documentation.
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure roles.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune experience.
- Experience managing or overseeing a managed IT services provider.
- Background supporting operational or high-uptime environments (manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, retail or similar).
- Calm and structured under pressure.
- Comfortable working independently and bringing clarity to evolving environments.
Desirable:
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP administration.
- Experience managing Azure subscriptions and virtual machines.
- Exposure to IT budgeting or vendor cost management.
- Manufacturing or operational technology experience.
