About the Role

As a Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional patient experiences. Supported by our Area Manager, you will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering team growth, and contributing to the ongoing success of our practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-office customer service, creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
• Lead, manage, and train staff to ensure high performance and a positive team culture.
• Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.
• Support a team of dental professionals, fostering growth and development.
• Monitor and report on team performance weekly, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the Area Manager to implement growth strategies and enhance business success.
