What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively secure new property management opportunities
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients
• Coordinating new tenancies and smooth move-ins
• Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals
• Handling vacates and bond refunds with attention to detail
• Always delivering that signature McGrath level of service
