Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and staff supervision
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and catering services

Qualifications:

  • Culinary qualification from a recognised institution
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity in food presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
