Your Responsibilities:
- Manage key stakeholder relationships to support company growth.
- Plan and deliver projects within contracted timeframes.
- Oversee subcontract letting, review, and management.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget while identifying value opportunities.
- Allocate and manage resources to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Enforce site safety and environmental compliance.
- Provide construction input for tenders and head contract reviews.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in managing multi-residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
