The Opportunity: 

Join a friendly, community-minded team in our brand new Port Macquarie office and grow with us from the ground up. We’re not looking for strata experience – just someone eager to learn, grow and be part of a supportive, tight-knit team.

This is an entry-level, full-time role, you’ll be guided by experienced professionals who genuinely care about your success. Our head office team is also on hand to support you as you find your feet.

Your Day-to Day:

  • Respond to client inquiries, providing professional and efficient service.
  • Draft and send breach notices, remedial work letters, and other communications.
  • Issue application forms and ensure documentation is complete upon return.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring work orders are clear and completed on time.
  • Assist in meetings, including attendance, vote counting, and minute-taking.
  • Assist with drafting AGM minutes.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1-2 years experience in the property or real estate industry, strata experience not required
  • Someone that displays initiative to get things done without supervision.
  • Responsive and Customer Service focused
  • Certificate of Registration to work as an Assistant Agent not required (We will assist in obtaining one)
