We are seeking a motivated Assistant Owners Corporation Manager to join our team.

The Opportunity:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Melbourne office on St Kilda Road. As an Assistant OC Manager, you will play a critical support role across a variety of premium high-end portfolios, supporting two OC Managers.

Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation, maintenance, and governance of some of Melbourne’s most prestigious buildings.

Your Day-to Day:

  • Prepare and issue correspondence including breach notices, AGM documentation, and client communications
  • Respond professionally and promptly to client and committee enquiries
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Assist with financial administration
  • Maintain accurate owners corporation records and registers
  • Support Annual General Meetings, including attendance, vote tallying, and minute-taking
