Festivals Content Coordinator

We are seeking a Festivals Content Coordinator to coordinate and deliver all film content and materials across Moving Story’s film festivals, including Europa! Europa, Fantastic Film Festival, CHIFF and JIFF.

This role is central to festival delivery, working across film materials, distributors, labs and internal teams to ensure all content is accurate, complete and delivered on time.

You will play a key role in managing the flow of film assets, supporting festival operations, and ensuring a seamless experience across all sites and screenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point for all film content and materials across festivals
• Liaise with overseas sales agents, distributors and local labs to ensure timely delivery of all materials, including stills, press kits, DCPs and KDMs
• Coordinate the distribution of film marketing materials to stakeholders including publicists, partner venues and film bookers
• Maintain accurate film information across all databases and systems
• Coordinate trailer schedules in collaboration with the Marketing team, including pre-show and technical assets
• Manage print traffic and content delivery to sites, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Coordinate ingestion and testing of content in collaboration with Operations
• Support contract administration and documentation processes
• Coordinate festival exemption applications and liaise with relevant classification bodies.

About You

• Experience in festivals, arts, cinema or a related industry is highly regarded
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership
• Passion for film and screen culture

Additional Information

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during festival periods
• Based in Elsternwick Head Office
• Part Time – 4 days per week
