Key Responsibilities:
• Developing a quality education program based on the individual needs of each child based on the National Quality Framework
• Understanding and ability in building respectful and trusting relationship with each individual child and families
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for the children and adequate supervise children to ensure that they are protected from harm and hazard
• Work collaborative with all educators and families and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Engage in community walks and excursions with our children and participate in our Bush Kinder experiences
We are seeking expression of interest for Casual educators that are ready to join a company that will foster their passion and support their professional growth with strong knowledge and experience with the EYLF and NQS with the following qualifications:-
• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood qualification or equivalent or,
• Working towards an Approved Diploma or Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care
Applicant must have the following requirements for the positions available:
• Current First Aid including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualification
• Current Working with Child’s Card (Blue Card QLD)
