What You’ll Be Doing In your first few months:

• Learn all stages of our pick/pack operations
• General admin tasks — order management, reporting, consignment creation
• Support the warehouse team with meeting daily operational objectives

As you develop:

• Assist the Team with system maintenance, reports and financial admin
• Manage customer enquiries and coordinate service updates
• Support office coordination and customer management
• Get involved in process improvement projects
