What You’ll Be Doing

In your first few months:

• Enter transport data with accuracy and attention to detail

• Assist with general admin tasks — filing, record keeping, and customer updates

• Support the transport team with scheduling and documentation

As you develop:

• Assist the Manager with P&L reports and financial admin

• Help with payroll and staff timesheets

• Manage customer enquiries and coordinate service updates

• Support office coordination and supplier management

• Get involved in process improvement projects
