You’ll collaborate with key business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions across multiple streams of work. Your focus will be creating efficient processes and exceptional user experiences, with hands-on involvement in process and solution design, wireframing and solution mock-ups. We’re looking for a proactive professional who thrives independently and, in a team, bringing energy and drive to achieve quality outcomes on time.

What you will be doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with users to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate process inefficiencies, recommending optimal business practices and system enhancements.
  • Develop high-level solution designs and functional specifications to meet business objectives.
  • Apply modern user-centred design principles, including wireframing and iterative optimisation with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to solution assessment, testing, and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation.
  • Prepare clear documentation and deliver training to support adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to realise business and cost efficiencies.
  • Utilise industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, and Visio to support project delivery.

What you will bring

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels, with the ability to manage business and functional requirements for complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical language into user-friendly terms.
  • Proven analytical and report writing skills.
  • Experience working closely with technical and project specialists to design and implement solutions.
  • Practical experience in modern user interaction design processes and process improvement.
  • Effective problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in high-pressure business environments.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing functional testing.
  • Proven ability to manage 3rd party vendor relationships and deliverables.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Financial Services.
