ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing activity across More and Tangerine’s brand portfolio. This role is suited to someone with solid, practical experience who is comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and owning outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, developing content, managing projects, and analysing performance to deliver against marketing goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns, including advertising, PR, and events.
- Write and edit content for digital and print channels (e.g. website, social media, email, flyers), ensuring alignment with brand tone and compliance requirements.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-brand execution.
- Develop engaging content for various channels, such as social media, acquisition emails, and websites.
- Track and analyse campaign and work metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform future activity.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Customer Service, IT) and external partners (agencies, vendors, and partners) to support campaign delivery.
- Assist general marketing and brand team activity, including merchandise management, creative outputs, brand partnerships, and asset management under the guidance of the Brand Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally working with a consumer-facing brand or brands.
- Exposure to campaign coordination, content creation, and marketing metrics.
- Experience working with creative teams or agencies is desirable.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
