ABOUT MONTALTO
Montalto is a place where you can celebrate life and enjoy a moment out of the ordinary. Owned by the Mitchell family since 1999, Montalto is where seasonal, heirloom produce is grown, shared, and celebrated. Montalto’s home estate of 30 acres under vine is the primary source for their premium wines, and the expansive kitchen gardens and orchards supply their kitchens in The Restaurant and The Piazza.
OPPORTUNITY FOR A CHEF DE PARTIE | We are looking for energetic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team.
THE ROLE
• Chef de Partie in The Piazza at Montalto
• Contribute to preparing seasonal menu to ensure quality control and service standards are maintained
• Food safety compliance
• Ability to work as a part of a team and autonomously with excellent communication skills
• Full-time (5 days a week). Weekend work with set days off. Occasional evening shifts for ad hoc functions only.

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• A love for creatively utilising the freshest estate-grown produce is essential.
• You will have an eye for detail and pride in your work.
• Extensive cooking experience with certificate III as a minimum
• Must have working rights in Australia

Remuneration: salary range between $75-$85,000 per annum
