Monarch Mental Health Group (MMHG) is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join our outpatient clinic team, primarily working as a Next Step Medication Clinician (Esketamine Clinician). This role will provide casual coverage across our Melbourne CBD and Glen Waverley Esketamine clinics, supporting patients receiving advanced treatments for treatment-resistant depression and other complex mental health conditions.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- The role involves administering Next Step Medication (Esketamine) therapy within a structured outpatient treatment model.
- The clinician will monitor patients during treatment sessions, ensuring patient safety and providing clinical support as required.
- Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, completing case notes and patient progress records, and monitoring treatment response including psychometric measures.

What we are looking for:
- The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in mental health is desirable, although not essential, and an interest in innovative treatments such as Esketamine and rTMS is highly valued.
- The role requires the ability to work with individuals presenting with complex mental health conditions and to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues and referring doctors.
