About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Family Lawyer with strong technical skills across all areas of family law and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients. You’ll manage a diverse caseload and have the opportunity to take ownership of your matters from start to finish, supported by a collaborative team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing files across a range of family law matters including:

Divorce and separation

Parenting and children’s matters

Property settlements and financial agreements

Support our criminal law team with Family violence and intervention orders

• Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients

• Representing clients in mediations and court proceedings where required

• Building trusted client relationships through excellent service and communication

• Contributing to our firm’s reputation for professionalism and community engagement

About You

You are an approachable and capable practitioner who thrives on helping clients navigate challenging times.

You will have:

• Admission to practice in Victoria and a current practising certificate

• 3+ years PQE in family law (or equivalent experience)

• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• The ability to manage matters independently from start to resolution

• A client-focused, ethical approach with a genuine passion for family law
