Role Summary:
Proactively reach out to applicants who have dropped out of the application process, assist with identifying any issue and report to client onboarding team for improving overall onboarding experience, with the goal of enhancing account conversion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and track record of client management by attention to detail, creating opportunities, excelled in customer service and sales performance, as well as client retention, within the Australia Forex and CFD industry.
What would be your responsibilities:
• Be the direct point of contact for all new and existing High Net Worth clients.
• Proactively reach out to all wholesale applications via call and email.
• Identify, onboard, support and retain new clients while ensuring a seamless trading experience.
• Be strategic in prioritizing client pipeline with the ultimate goal of account conversion
• Build, develop and grow client loyalty to enhance engagement, reduce churn rate and increase brand stickiness across existing client segments.
• Grow new clients, retaining existing base, and re-engage with dormant accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, trading & risk management, compliance, and marketing, to optimize client satisfaction.
• Maintain monthly routine reporting to global management teams
• Showcase your in-depth industry understanding and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, new products, and market developments.
• Assist in resolving client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Be very familiar with local regulations such as TMD and DDO on what can and cannot be done to target market clients.
• Act as a voice of clients to improve our proprietary trading platform, customer service and any established work flows.
What we require from you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry is a must, preferably with exposure to Forex and CFDs market
• RG146 General Advice qualifications (Derivatives & Foreign Exchange) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of ASIC regulations and financial services landscape
• Be aggressive while staying compliant in pursuing monthly and quarterly goals.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and maintain a high-value, diverse client portfolio across both retail and wholesale clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and growth.
• Strong grasp of financial instruments, trading dynamics and market trends, with the ability to leverage this expertise to benefit clients’ strategic goals.
• Thorough understanding of mainstream trading platforms, eg MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, TradingView or other proprietary platforms
• Ability to engage, negotiate, and build rapport with individuals, delivering exceptional service while clearly explaining complex financial concepts.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese and/or other Asian languages is advantageous.
