About Us

MiNECO are a national mining and equipment services business with assets across NSW & QLD. We provide mining solutions to tier 1 companies including bulk dozer push, coal quality & recovery, crushing, civil works and land & rehabilitation services. Based in Beresfield with a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook and assets across major Hunter region sites. We are currently hiring a stemming truck operator to join our site-based team.

The Role

• Operating stemming trucks to accurately place stemming material in blast holes
• Working closely with the drill and blast teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Conducting pre-starts and basic maintenance on equipment
• Following safety protocols and mine site procedures
• Operate additional ancillary equipment when required

About You

• Current NSW Security Clearance (Unsupervised Handling License – UHL)
• Previous experience operating stemming trucks or similar
• HR or HC Driver’s License (Not required but highly desirable)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
