Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Information and Organisation Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on sales and marketing. The Information and Organisational Professional will be tasked with reviewing all systems and databases associated with the Company’s sales and marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position with 38 hours of work per week with a salary of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Developing strategies to address identified issues and achieve desired outcomes by assessing the costs, benefits, and risks associated with proposed solutions
  • Implementing developed strategies in identified issues and measuring success by improvements in revenue and client base.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and refine potential solutions to business problems or opportunities by designing new processes, defining system requirements, or recommending solutions.
  • Monitoring and evaluating progress and adjusting as necessary.
  • Track key performance indicators to measure their impact on the business including preparing regular reports for management on progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and streamline operations, driving overall efficiency improvements.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and developing business cases and proposals to support recommendations for change or improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders by helping them understand the need for change, addressing concerns, and supporting the implementation of new processes.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to support the adoption of new processes or systems by end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
