We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an Account Manager who wants to grow with us. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship driven Account Manager to build strong partnerships, uncover new opportunities and support customers across your designated territory. 

In this role, you’ll be the face of MicrotechDPS – helping clients make confident technology decisions, driving new business and ensuring customer satisfaction remains consistently high. 

As an Account Manager, you will: 

  1. Grow revenue across existing and new customers  
  2. Build and maintain trusted, long lasting client relationships  
  3. Proactively identify and follow up new sales opportunities and leads  
  4. Use CRM (and ERP) to track pipeline, performance and forecasts  
  5. Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes  
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer experience 

What you will bring: 

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management (IT industry or similar preferred) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts effectively. 
  • Confidence using CRM tools and reporting on your results 

This role offers a competitive package including a base salary of $70,000–$80,000, company car, uncapped commission, plus superannuation, with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of $130,000–$150,000.
