An exciting career development opportunity exists for a part-time Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance across all areas of operations. Ultimately responsible for the highest level of customer and employee satisfaction, we’re looking for natural leaders with a passion for delivering energetic customer service, with the ability to confidently make independent decisions.
In this busy role, you will report to the Guest Experience & Operations Manager. The Duty Manager will support areas across the business during busy periods, providing a seamless experience for all guests, while assisting team members through professional leadership and guidance. You will liaise directly with our guests, promptly responding to and resolving enquiries, issues and incidents, and escalating issues as required through the appropriate channels, to ensure a safe workplace and environment for all employees and guests. You will also provide support to the First Aid Officer, and activate Emergency procedures as required.
Strong communication and exceptional organisational skills are critical to your success in this role. Previous supervisory or management experience, strong customer service, a good understanding of all guest service functions, policies and procedures, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure will provide the grounding you need to thrive.
First Aid Level 2 certification, Advanced Resus and RSA certificate will be highly regarded.
