The Opportunity

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Brisbane team.

You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects through the effective administration of contracts, procurement, cost control and stakeholder coordination.

Working closely with the Project Manager and the site team, you’ll help ensure financial, contractual and compliance elements of the project run smoothly, from early procurement through to final delivery.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for managing key contract and commercial functions throughout the project lifecycle, including:

  • Preparing and maintaining procurement programs and purchasing schedules
  • Administering head and subcontractor agreements, including payment claims and variations
  • Managing project cash flow and ensuring the project remains financially sound
  • Monitoring and reporting on project costs, risks and opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
  • Attending site meetings and managing documentation such as drawings and revisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive performance and outcomes

What You’ll Bring

You are a detail-oriented construction professional with a solid understanding of how projects operate both on site and commercially. You’ll also bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience delivering commercial construction projects in a contract administration role
  • A background working for a head contractor in Australia
  • Sound understanding of head contracts, subcontractor agreements and cost control processes
  • Experience using contract administration software, with Jobpac experience highly regarded
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management
