Operational Function of the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager your role will include the following:-
- Model a Safety First culture and participate in Safety initiatives as required, complying with all safety legislation and company policies
- Assist with induction and training for warehouse team members.
- Facilitate reviews and 1:1 for all team members.
- Update and provide backorder reports to Operations Manager.
- Oversee investigating the root cause of issues and error as related to the warehouse functions – providing report to operations team.
- Report on overall business performance measures
- Oversees stock management for all material and machinery components to ensure steady supply to prevent production interruptions.
- Oversee Rolling Stocktakes.
- Plan stock storage in warehouse.
- Ensure customer specific requirements are documented and continuously updated.
- Contribute to updating Company Policies, Procedures and SOP’s.
- Processing production orders as instructed from production plan through DEAR Inventory System
- Follow QA Standard Operating Processes
- Advise stock requisitions to ensure production is not hindered/ Stocktakes performed.

What you will need:
- Diploma of Logistics
- Diploma of leadership highly regarded
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel skills
- Experience with program DEAR inventory highly regarded
- Highly organised and level of attention to detail
What’s on offer:
Full time: 40 hour week
Flexible working hours
Monday to Friday weekly
Normal Working Hours: Day Shift: 8am-4pm, however flexible between 7am to 6:30pm upon successful probationary period
Annual Salary range: $60,000 to $62,500
