As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest cleaning standards.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to the required standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and features.
• Adhere to all guest privacy and security protocols.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are well-supplied and neatly presented.
