Reservations Sales Executive to join our dynamic Reservations team.
In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in maximising hotel
revenue and guest satisfaction by managing the efficient sales, coordination,
and administration of all group bookings. From first enquiry to
post‑stay administration, you’ll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a high
standard of personalised service every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle all group enquiries via email and phone, preparing timely proposals and confirmations.
- Coordinate group bookings, including room blocks, payments, deposits, rooming lists, and special requests.
- Prepare detailed group information sheets and movement lists, keeping all departments informed and prepared for arrivals.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as PCOs, travel agents, airlines, and group organisers.
- Provide professional, efficient, and friendly service to all group guests, ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish.
- Uphold Accor’s Heartist values by fostering a warm, inclusive, and service‑driven culture in every interaction.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in Reservations, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong multitasking abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
