We’re now looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who thrives in
creating memorable guest moments, leads by example, and brings energy and
consistency to every shift. This is your opportunity to step up and shine in a
leadership role that combines events, outlet operations, and team culture.
What you will do:
- Take the lead in our Bar and
Restaurant outlets, delivering seamless, standout guest experiences
- Inspire and guide the front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional service
- Approach challenges with calm, creativity, and confidence – no two days are the same
- Support daily operations across all outlets, collaborating with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
- Onboard, Coach and develop team members, sharing your knowledge generously
- Roll up your sleeves – from manual handling to setting up C&E spaces, you’re ready to get involved
- Deliver on our Accor brand promise and bring the Heartist spirit to every guest interaction
What we are Looking For:
- Proven F&B leadership experience (Bar and Restaurant experience ideal)
- A natural Leader who energises, supports and motivates others
- Availability across weekdays and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solution focused approach
- Someone reliable, consistent and committed to exceptional guest service
- NSW RSA Certification
