Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Onsite – Australia)

Location: Melbourne CBD Work Pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week (some days must be worked onsite)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with leaders to attract, engage and secure high-quality talent.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and ensuring we bring the right people into the business, balancing pace, quality and stakeholder expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements

* Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles * Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals) * Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience * Provide market insights and advice to hiring leaders * Manage agency relationships where required * Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and well-documented

About You

* Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills * Confident managing multiple roles and competing priorities * Proactive sourcing capability — not just reactive advertising * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Comfortable working onsite and collaborating in person

Important to Note

This role is onsite in Australia applicants must be able to work from the office 3 days per week. Remote or offshore arrangements are not available.
