Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Utilise data analysis tools to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
