About the role
This isn’t just an admin job – it’s an opportunity to be a crucial player in the smooth delivery of our internal education programs. You’ll be the go-to support for our Project Manager and Medical Education team, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, digital content management, and educational technology.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Project Administrator, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Providing end-to-end administration support to Project Managers, including coordinating schedules, meetings, workshops, and milestone activities
- Preparing agendas, take minutes, follow up on actions, and maintain project documentation, registers, and reports in line with governance requirements
- Supporting stakeholder communication, tracking, and vendor coordination across project and learning activities
- Assisting with webinar delivery, including live moderation (including ad-hoc evenings), slide formatting, and post-production activities such as editing, packaging, and uploading
- Building and maintaining a range of learning assets across course pages, LXP content, blog pages, FastTrack and MCQ builds
- Supporting learning activity accreditation and compliance administration processes
- Managing shared inboxes, work requests, and team communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Maintaining records, trackers, and reporting dashboards to support operational visibility
- Providing flexible surge support across learning and project activities during peak periods
Who You Are: Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong administration experience in project, operations, or L&D environments
- Excellent planning, organisation, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in virtual event moderation or facilitation
- An ability to work with digital platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP, webinar tools, CMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A proactive and adaptable approach, and is comfortable working across diverse tasks
- A strong customer service mindset
- An ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A collaborative approach who supports operational continuity
- Ability to work flexible hours, including ad-hoc evenings for webinar moderation
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience supporting project teams, PMs, or delivery functions
- Experience in learning administration, content publishing, or digital learning operations
- Familiarity with learning accreditation requirements
- Basic video editing or post-production skills
