ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will focus on securing new B2B partnerships for:
- White label medicinal cannabis products
- GMP contract manufacturing
- Contract packaging services
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing key B2B client relationships while working closely with internal manufacturing and compliance teams to deliver successful outcomes.
This role is Brisbane-based (Sumner) with a national focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new B2B partnerships within the medicinal cannabis industry
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of white label and manufacturing opportunities
- Lead negotiations for manufacturing, supply, and packaging agreements
- Develop commercial proposals including pricing and production capacity
- Manage client relationships from initial engagement through onboarding
- Work closely with manufacturing, compliance, and logistics teams to deliver client projects
- Monitor market activity and identify new commercial opportunities
ABOUT YOU
You are a results-driven sales professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to build long-term business partnerships.
You will ideally bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in pharmaceutical, or regulated healthcare industries
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Experience managing commercial agreements or supply contracts
- Excellent organisation and pipeline management
- The ability to work cross-functionally with operational teams
Highly regarded:
- Experience in medicinal cannabis highly desirable
- Experience selling contract manufacturing or white label services
- Understanding of TGA regulations or pharmaceutical supply chains
