Intermediate / Senior Accountant – Real Client Exposure
& Ownership

We are a 30‑year established professional services firm,
and more than 50% of our business is owned by employees who are not
the founder — both by number of shareholders and equity held.
We’re now looking for an Intermediate to Senior
Accountant who wants real responsibility, real client exposure, and the
opportunity to grow into ownership over time.
What makes this role genuinely different
Real client exposure — early. This is not a back-office
compliance role.
Even at intermediate level, accountants at McQueen:
- Communicate directly with clients
- Sit in on meetings and calls
- Work on real client situations, not just templates
- Are coached on explaining technical matters in plain English
This level of exposure is rare for juniors and
intermediates, and it accelerates development significantly.
