Account Executive – Health, Wellness & Beauty

 

Support the delivery of plans that drive real results with key national customers.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to support commercial plan delivery across key national customers.

 

The opportunity

 

Based in our Melbourne office in Chadstone, this role reports to Heath Noble (National Business Manager – API & Priceline) and sits within the National Accounts team led by Aneka Taylor (Head of National Accounts). 

You’ll support the day-to-day running of key accounts, ensuring plans are executed accurately and on time.

 

What you’ll do

  • Support execution of customer plans
  • Coordinate new line forms, promotional submissions, and product setup (Priceline & API)
  • Support catalogue and promotional activity
  • Maintain pricing accuracy and system alignment
  • Provide inputs to forecasting processes
  • Assist with trade spend and invoice reconciliation (TMP)
  • Work cross-functionally to support execution

 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail/FMCG
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
  • A structured, reliable approach. You follow through
  • Commercial awareness of what drives in-store sales
  • Confidence working across systems (CRM experience beneficial)
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Clear communication and stakeholder skills
