We’re expanding and on the lookout for a capable and motivated Site Installer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Site Installer, you’ll be responsible for executing installation work on-site in line with project timelines and safety standards.

You’ll work closely with our internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes, while maintaining professionalism and upholding McKinna’s strong industry reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret IFC and shop drawings to complete installations accurately

Communicate clearly with teammates, supervisors, and clients

Identify site hazards and contribute to safe, efficient workflows

Carry out quality checks and document site progress using digital tools

Collaborate with team members and contribute to site meetings and feedback

Maintain compliance by signing SWMS and logging hours daily

Bring your own tools and ladders to complete tasks as required

What You’ll Bring

🔹 Previous experience in on-site installation (sheet metal and carpentry experience a plus)

🔹 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

🔹 Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

🔹 Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

🔹 Comfort using mobile devices and apps to report on work
