About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end operational support across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support recruitment campaigns for legal professional roles while taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment for support and corporate services positions. You will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes and ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience.

About the Team

The People & Culture team is based in Brisbane and supports all offices nationally. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that partners closely with Principals and hiring managers across the firm. The team is passionate about attracting top talent, delivering exceptional candidate experiences and supporting the firm’s continued growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment support across the organisation
  • Manage job advertisements, interview coordination and candidate communications
  • Assist with screening, reference checks and maintaining recruitment records
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide timely, professional communication to candidates throughout the process
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with company values, policies, and timelines
  • Conduct phone screenings and support interview processes
  • Complete reference and background checks in line with company policies
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment needs
  • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics
  • Maintain HR systems with accurate data and documentation
