At the McGrath Foundation, partnerships are at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead our Corporate Partnerships function and play a key role in growing sustainable revenue that supports our mission.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll take ownership of our corporate partnerships strategy and lead a talented team to deliver strong, sustainable revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for both nurturing existing partnerships and unlocking new opportunities—creating meaningful, high-value collaborations that align with our mission and deliver shared success.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the Corporate Partnerships team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Designing and executing a strategic plan to grow corporate revenue
  • Identifying and securing new partnership opportunities
  • Managing and strengthening relationships with existing corporate partners
  • Negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring successful delivery
  • Overseeing partner campaigns, activations, and reporting
  • Collaborating across teams to maximise impact and innovation
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and performance outcomes
  • Ensuring all partnership activity aligns with brand and licensing requirements

What you’ll bring

You bring at least 8 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or a similar field, along with a strong track record of growing revenue and securing new business. You have experience leading teams and know how to support and motivate others to perform at their best. You build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively. You’re confident in negotiating and structuring deals, think strategically, and are comfortable getting hands-on to get things done. You’re also well organised and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
