More about the role:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic Brand and Marketing team – a passionate group dedicated to connecting with the incredible community of supporters who help the McGrath Foundation provide specialist cancer care.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management and optimisation of the McGrath Foundation’s websites supporting both operational priorities and fundraising initiatives. You’ll help bring digital campaigns and programs to life while ensuring our online presence remains effective, compliant, and aligned with our brand.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning, development and delivery of digital initiatives, including content updates across our websites
  • Help manage risk across the McGrath Foundation’s digital ecosystem, ensuring our digital channels remain accessible, compliant and on-brand
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and manage incident remediation with stakeholders, and implement UX and content improvements
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and efficiencies, including exploring opportunities to streamline processes using emerging tools and technologies

What you bring to the role:

Our ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in digital marketing, including working with CMS platforms (such as Storyblok and Funraisin) and supporting digital campaigns, along with GA4 and GTM experience for ongoing monitoring, reporting and optimisation. Familiarity with SEO best practice, productivity tools such as Monday.com and emerging AI-enabled workflows is highly regarded.

Success in this role also requires experience supporting digital projects and programs across areas such as branding, accessibility, UX/UI, UAT, risk and compliance, and data interpretation.

You will have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to maintaining brand integrity, content governance and monitoring platform performance. Experience with budget tracking or management will also be valued.
