What You’ll Do:
– Providing support
– Develop and deliver inclusive, meaningful programs
– Encourage confidence, skill development and community inclusion
This role is all about bringing joy and engagement to the lives of our participants. In this role you’ll be supporting participants through personal care and daily living, while planning and running programs that can enhance emotional, social, recreational, cultural and spiritual wellbeing.

Program Planning – Experience in developing, implanting and reviewing programs

Excellent Communicator and Team Player – A positive and reliable team collaborator who is confident communicating to participants, writing clear notes, reports and assessments.

Tech Savy – Confident in utilising standard applications and digital tools necessary for your role.

NDIS KNOW IT HOW – Clear understanding and uphold of NDIS Code of Conduct
Must-Haves (Essential Qualifications):
– Experience in supporting participants with communication barriers
– Experience supporting complex needs
– Experience in PART or MAPA training
– Cert IV in disability or equivalent
– Knowledge of restrictive practices and behavioral support
– Current driver’s license
– Current First Aid Certificate.
– NDIS Worker Orientation
– NSW Working with Children’s Check
– Availability from Monday to Friday (Wednesday availability is essential)
