Community Manager
McCall is looking for an experienced and values-driven Community Manager to lead, inspire and elevate our centre-based and community programs across (minimum 4 sites).

You’ll be the Manager behind our Community Programs leading a team of Practice Leads,
championing programming and active support and ensuring that every service we deliver is safe, high‑quality and truly person‑centred.
On any given day, you might be:
- Driving innovative program design that empowers people with disability to build skills, independence and connection.
- Coaching and developing Practice Leads to be their best.
- Embedding an awesome culture of quality, curiosity, collaboration and creativity.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the NDIS landscape and leading best‑practice
across all community programs.
- Building relationships with participants, families, stakeholders and the wider sector.
- Keeping things running like a well‑oiled machine — budgets, compliance, KPIs, risk,
reporting… you know the drill!
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
You bring:
- Relevant qualification in a Human Services discipline or 10+ years sector experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing leaders across community/disability programs (e.g., Rec, Day Programs, SLES, Community Facilities)
- Expert knowledge of the NDIS funding model, processes and Price Guide
- In‑depth understanding of disability sector legislation, standards, quality & safeguarding
- Experience with Active Supports and Co‑Design principles
- Strong capability in risk management at both participant and service level
- Experience approving Behaviour Support Plans including those with restrictive practices
- Current Driver’s Licence, First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening
