The Role

Due to continued growth, MCA Engineering is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team supporting works based out of Parkes with operations at Nyngan, NSW.

Working on a 10/4 roster, this role will be responsible for operating excavators to support a range of surface works including earthworks, excavation, final trim and site preparation activities while maintaining safe and efficient operations. This project is 3-6 months, potentially ongoing.

Selection Criteria:

• Excavator Operator ticket
• Demonstrated excavator operation experience
• Final Trim experience
• Experience in civil, construction or mining environments preferred
• Experience in pipelaying is desirable
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, and also be part of a team
• Attention to detail and diligence for quality of work
• Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe, work environment
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
