The Role:

MCA Engineering has developed a dedicated and motivated workforce with a broad range of expertise and a sincere customer focus. Due to an increase in work, we have the need for a skilled trades to join our team, including:

• Concreters – Formworkers
• Operators
• Steel Fixers
• Truck Drivers

We specialise in mining/quarrying, concrete processing infrastructure, custom engineering projects, residential and commercial structural steel, site maintenance and breakdowns.

• Solid rates on either 2/1 or 3/1 rosters
• Ongoing work with future opportunities

Requirements:

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, without supervision and also be part of a team
• Relevant qualifications, tickets
• Operators must have excavator, bobcat & loader licence
• Concreters must have experience in concrete finishing, including smoothing, leveling, and surface detailing

About You:

• Current drivers licence
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years experience in similar role
• Experience working on mine sites would be an advantage
• Locally based, FIFO or DIDO
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing
