The Role
With continued growth across NSW, we’re looking for experienced Civil Construction Workers to join our team on an ongoing project works in an underground mine in Central West NSW.
This is a FIFO or DIDO opportunity with all accommodation provided. The work involves all aspects of civil construction for underground infrastructure related to mining projects.
We are looking for:
- Formwork Carpenters
- Concreters
- Steel fixers
- Leading Hands
- Supervisors
- Excavator Operators (Final Trim experience essential)
Selection Criteria:
- High-level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, without supervision, and be part of a team.
- Attention to detail and diligence for quality of work
- Relevant Trade Qualifications or experience
- For Excavator Operators – demonstrated experience operating excavators for final trim and detailed excavation underground
- Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe, work environment
- Are available to go to an interstate mine site when required.
- Must be able to pass regular D&A testing and site required medicals
- Must have current drivers’ licence
- High risk tickets, Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift, Confined Space, Dogging, Rigging, etc also would be an advantage.
