Here at MATelec Australia we have a culture like no other which you will experience from the moment you engage with us. We are a family owned and operated business, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and this is reflected in the passion, care and dedication demonstrated across our team every day.  As a Key Account Manager at MATelec Australia, you will be responsible for growing the company’s revenue by fostering great relationships with existing and potential clients, through customer interaction via various mediums such as telephone, email, and face to face interaction.  You will create added value through identifying new business opportunities, addressing customer needs, providing exposure to the clients of company products and services, including product training and information sharing initiatives.  Working with customers who are wanting specialised control panels, you will either have a robust understanding of Electrical, Hydraulic and/or fluid transfer systems or possess a high degree of technical aptitude to quickly learn from our expert team.  At MATelec Australia we believe in an exceptional customer experience, you will be responsible for ensuring this standard is front of mind every day.     This will include  – Handling client quotations promptly using a combination of resources and technical knowledge. – Serving as the main liaison between clients and the business, resolving any queries efficiently. – Diligently updating the internal CRM system to keep accurate records of customer interactions. – Developing comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and understand the competitive landscape. – Actively pursuing new market segments and industries for potential expansion, gathering relevant data for integration into the CRM system, collaborating with sales management to assess the scope of all opportunities and estimate their potential revenue contribution.   If you are looking for a client facing role and would like to work with a company that cares about you and is dedicated to ensuring the success of every employee, customer and consumer, then please apply now or alternatively email People@matelecaustralia.com.au for further information.     Application close 20th of March.
