An exciting opportunity to join Master Electricians Australia in the role of Marketing & Growth Manager. This is for a full time 12-month fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.

We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing & Growth Manager to join our team in Brisbane. You’re confident working across both strategy and delivery, comfortable operating in a lean environment, and motivated by driving measurable improvements in member engagement, lead generation and growth.

The Role:

The Marketing & Growth Manager leads the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of MEA’s marketing activity, driving membership growth, program participation and member engagement. The role works in partnership with the Fractional CMO, contributing to strategic direction while owning the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:    

  • Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies aligned to MEA priorities
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital channels, the CRM and events
  • Drive member acquisition, engagement, retention and program adoption across MEA’s offerings  
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve member experience and marketing effectiveness    
  • Translate business priorities into clear campaign plans, timelines and deliverables
  • Create and manage marketing content, communications and collateral
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing, campaign management or growth marketing roles
  • Proven experience planning and delivering campaigns that generate leads, drive engagement and support growth
  • Experience working with digital channels, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a lean environment
  • A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Experience within a membership, association or not-for-profit environment highly regarded
