Nantay Pty Ltd, trading as Maroomba Airlines, operates a fleet of Dash 8-100 and Dash 8-300 aircraft, with the Dash 8-400 soon to join our growing fleet. We proudly serve a diverse portfolio of valued clients and continue to expand our route structure and operations.
As our business grows, we are seeking experienced and type-rated Dash 8 Captains to lead aircraft operations across all phases of flight, pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight.
Our primary operations support the FIFO industry within approximately two hours of Perth. The Maroomba team is made up of professional, safety-focused and customer-oriented individuals who are committed to operational excellence.

The Role

Minimum Requirements
Essential
- Valid Australian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Right to live and work in Australia.
- Command Instrument Rating.
- Current CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Desirable
Operational experience relative to Maroomba Airlines route structure (eg; remote areas, non-certified aerodromes, non-instrument approach airports).
Experience
Essential
- Total Flight Time: 2,000hrs (prefer minimum 3,000hrs)
- Total Command Time: Minimum 2,500hrs
- Total Multi-Engine Command Time: Minimum 500hrs
- Dash 8 Type Rating (Comparable types considered).
