About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, respectful, and passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, grooming, and mobility

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

Support clients with medication reminders (as per care plan)

Accompany clients to appointments or community activities when required

Observe and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing

Follow individual care plans and organizational policies

About You

Caring, empathetic, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Respectful of client privacy, dignity, and cultural differences

Comfortable working in clients’ homes

Requirements

Previous experience in home care, aged care, disability support, or a related field

Relevant qualification or willingness to obtain one (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent)

Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (if required)

National Police Check
