Senior Marketing Consultant

Our Perth office is searching for a Senior Marketing Consultant to add depth and experience to our client services team.

As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you will support the client services team across all aspects of marketing development and execution, taking lead on major client projects. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, project manage website and design projects and execute communications campaigns. You will also play a key role in mentoring a team of consultants, ensuring they are supported, developing professionally and delivering an exceptional service to our clients.

The consultancy world offers a fast-paced environment perfectly suited to those who like every day to be different. It will not be unusual that you will work on several clients at once, so time management and being organised are essential skills required for this position.

The successful applicant will have a minimum 5 years’ marketing experience. Agency experience is strongly preferred.

Role & Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in delivering a return on investment (ROI) and measurable results for marketing campaigns
• Strong marketing copywriting and content development skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
• Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm to upskill other members of the client services team
• Strong time-management skills are essential
• Ability to manage a project from start to finish, including quoting and ensuring all deliverables are met within budget
• Lead written responses to tender submissions
• Initiative, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in high-pressure environments
• Ability to think analytically and strategically
• Have an enthusiastic, positive, can-do outlook and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done!

Desired but not required:

• Awareness of Local Government processes and/or experience with Local Government
• Proficient in marketing software and tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta)
